    I'm reasoning in the following way:

    - Confidentiality could not have been demanded by Alliance because that would have been in conflict with public disclosure requirements for a public company

    - Confidentiality requires the party demanding it to bring something to the table

    - Therefore H/Q must bring something to the table

    Any problem with this logic?
