However, taking into account manufacturing lead time, shipping & customs delays, installation, commissioning etc, to have 29 sites up and running by end of FY11/12 (4 1/2 months away) would likely mean that orders would already need to have been placed for the equipment supply, with production well under way, especially if TZ is the supplier - the lockers are bespoke, and to my knowledge, not in volume production. Even a volume production item of this nature would normally be made to order, with manufacturing lead time measured in months prior to shipment.

We don't even know if the AP trial units supplied by TZ were fully engineered production units, or hand-built prototypes. The amount of production engineering work required to take a prototype through to cost effective volume production is formidable, and would likely surprise those not familiar with the process.

Maybe someone could call JW and ask him the production status of TZ's PAD products, and the lead time to supply a locker bank if you ordered one.
