imho, there is a possibility that the AGS contribution to setup costs for B4M have been reduced and this allows some scope for the Chile venture. Also the fact that they say that Chile is deliberately minimal $$$ in the first 12 months would indicate to me that AGS expect to be in production (earnings positive) with B4M or getting Royalty payments within 12 months.
