    Refer to FML and CRE announcements.

    FML has over 80% of CRE, but failed to get the 90% mark.

    FML is proposing to delist CRE, despite not having over 90% of CRE.

    Minority holders will still retain their shares in CRE, but CRE will be a delisted company.

    Thats all.
