sometimes when a stock is on the slab & getting the guts kicked out of it by disgruntled shareholders, it can be an indication that the dog is either off to boot hill or, alternatively, is going to shed its ugly coat & wag its tail again.
atm I am of the opinion that there will be winds of change a-comin' & that the mutt is about to wag its tail again.
could be wrong, but I am working on the premise that every dog has its day.
