Hi Browny

I hate to sound ignorant, but I was fascinated by the steps you took to investigate the company beyond the publicly released documents. To call the company, you just rang the local switch? Who did you ask to speak to? What can you ask them? A lowly ranked person probably can't speak across all the divisions (nor would I have thought they could speak at all - you could be a competitor afterall) and I can't imagine the CEO is inclined/has time to speak to a lowly investor like me (I'm not exactly a fund manager). And how did you find a broker who followed/knew anything about a tiny cap company like this one? And what's his incentive to pass on his wisdom if you are lucky enough to find one?

Sorry for all these questions - I really am interested. I feel amateurish poring over annual reports with my calculator. (I know we all do this, but it seems the more inquisitive/assertive of you take extra steps which in combination with financial analysis proves much more effective).

(My position on ZGL - I bought in at 25c and again at 28c. My biggest concern was getting hold of the stock).
