What I know is that shareholders were losing their hard earned investment before the action taken. I bought in when the share price was over 20c and invested in the opportunity that we would be working on Geothermal drilling both domestic and overseas. I have no time for the CLRS which after 4 years still isn't doing anything and nor do I believe it will generate enough revenue to allow a decent market cap.
So the questions are why has my investment failed and what can be done?

my agenda is to protect my investment and get the best return on it I can.

People ask questions and make assertions. If I am able to answer or correct them I will.

The legal action taken gives me the best hope of getting that return imo.

The management and board thus far have totally screwed things up and why would any investor want more of the same?

If there was no legal action the share price would still be in the low single digits with little opportunity for growth. The company would be forced by the IP agreement to purchase two more rigs when they can't operate the one they have because they have excluded the inventor.

My agenda is pretty obvious I would have thought

I want the board removed and WS and a few executive experienced board members prepared to put skin in the game.

Why do I want that?

Because I believe that is the best chance for me and other shareholders to get a return from our investments.

As for the buying and selling of shares. I do know that WS was offered 8c for all his shares when the price was in the low 7's by Cygnet in a deal brokered by Birney. This was because WS had told Birney that he was voting against all resolutions.
He didn't sell.

I also know that Birney was told by another major shareholder that he was unhappy that the board had no skin in the game and that he was considering dumping his substantial holdings.

I haven't given up on this company yet but I have given up on the board and current management. History has proven their capabilities.

Each shareholder makes their own choices but the forum is about sharing as much correct information as possible so people can make informed decisions.

I spend countless hours researching and finding out as much as I can about the companies and its people before and during my investment. As much as possible I share that information.

People are free to do what they want with the information I provide and they can totally disregard it if they so choose. I have made up my mind what we the shareholders need in order to have a chance. Whether that comes to fruition remains to be seen.
