I 'recall' (having not read it for sometime) that the environmental green light was aimed for and hoped to be concluded by March 2012.
What is expected in March is just a determination by EPA of whether a public review assesment is required or not. ie. will the greenies get a chance to object at public review.
Full approval possibly Oct - Dec 2012.
In PLV's case we have failed to meet 'some' important objectives. The share price is one.
Who set those objectives. PLV management or cocky HC posters. It MUST NOT be PLV's task to work and plan according to share price. PLV must manage the company .. the share price will follow.
When you consider that we are dealing in one of the most environmentally sensitive areas in Australia, and with Native title claimants that prevoiusly held firm against mining and rejected all prior proposals put to them, then PLV has made great progress.
It is still not a done deal by any stretch and I will certainly be on the edge of my seat until funding is locked in
The PFS release was a mess and I will be relieved when PLV release their new figures because I think they will be quite an improvement .. like all I want it now.
