PB. Why not scan a copy of your invoice and post up the image. It's not defamatory if you can prove and support your claim. What are you owed by the way and for what?

As you didn't do that stipulate any facts or details, HC rightly moderated the post because I imagine they can not be seen to be supporting unsubstantiated claims that may result in legal liability. Making such a claim about a company's inability to pay bills is an attack on their financial credibility and quite serious without proof.

I have unpaid invoices all the time with my customers. I have them right now. That's also the nature of doing business. I have learned through the years the importance though of having signed services/supply agreements with levers in place to effect prompt payment. I.e. the ability to apply a 10% late penalty fee after 30 days.
