There will always be objectors to every project that may have a litte bit of conjecture. Be it tree huggers or any other activites group against what ever. Penners well know that USA Govt and more to point Wyoming are uranium friendly and will back this project AS LONG AS they have all safety precautions in place. I am sure pen lawers n management are well versed and would expect reject action by activites. Just a little hicup if all safety n environment bases are ticked the project will get green light.
