You are correct ..the content in question is @ 25.05 on the recording.
He actually says :( paraphrased only )...between now (Oct 11 ??) and mid next year you will see locked -in long term commercial supply agreements (plural) --with revenue values .... .
25 - 30 m sales ...mainly in the second half (2012).

Who remains confident about that ?
There is no concrete evidence to the contrary ..yet .
But I agree with Sky's earlier comment ...in his latest delivery he appeared to be back tracking to the second half of 2012 .
That is my concern.
