forget about avb raising money. They dont need it at all. The VALE money will come when its due. The drilling program can run like this well into the payoff date. The company would not use all its cash to buy a deposit anyway. Ultimately the company will get traction out of the hands of traders and we will see a share comsolidation down the track. AVB is an early OZL. we will see a constant remodeling of the company over the next 2-5 years as it heads towards 1m tons of contained copper. I would expect offtake agreements and several new discoveries during the process.AVB could discover another 100-200k tons of copper in anyone of these new targets. its still early days for all this to become obvious to the market. The market has and is still focused on outside issues. The DOW is only 1400pts away from a record and under normal circumstances, that would be a very bullish sign.The copper fundamentals are very solid. We just need to put up with traders flipping copper on the Greek/Euro mess and short term economic numbers. The risk on /risk off mentality is killing the hedge funds returns, so hopefully they are learning to think further out. I think AVB is a sitter. its obvious. The results are here. The frustration is that the market is not yet ready to work it out. It will one day, or another company will. dyor.
