I think the weakness is a reflexion of short term sellers afraid of the dilution of the options, however, excersizing the options at 1.5 doesn't mean they'll hit the market at that price. Any short term effect should be balanced by the benifit of having extra cash in the bank and a cashed up cornerstone investor with international exposure.
