re: Ann: CNX delivers Australian first in com... ICXP,

It’s quite obvious that you cannot construct big power generating plants from the kind of money CNX is asking from investors and shareholders. It is sad that CNX is also not communicating it clearly their strategy but the whole point for this electricity generation was to prove that pilot project was successful and CNX is to implement it at a large scale with the help of big players.

If you read Templeton’s link that Mitsubishi is looking at UCG in Japan with other big players you would understand that this sort of game involves big players. To me it is quite clear that CNX has shown their expertise and they have made it clear in their announcement that they are loking to answer queries from international players. Their PR has not been great so far but they have done their job in creating a right prototype that has been tested on a small scale.

IMO they will looking to act as consultants with big players and their income will be through royalties and commissions. Please do not tell me that you thought CNX was going to build 30 MW or higher and provide electricity to households directly. That is not their business model and they do not have money to do so. We just have to wait and see if they get any big company to invest in their technology further. Till then, just wait and see.

My suggestion to you would be to sell your shares now if you think the company is going bust as you clearly do not have idea about company’s strategy unless CNX claimed in any of their preso that they were going to generate electricity in Australia and sell it to households directly without the help of big companies.

    Cheers
