Seecat, I don't share your pessimism. I will be surprised and disappointed if the new issue is at less than present share price (90'ish) and would hope they can get $1+. A major motivation must be to put the oppies in the money because that is an easy source of funding (even though it is dilutionary for those of us who thought we were smart and sold off the oppies !) You could easily see the heads add 10 cents or more on the back of this CR and I think your sh*tload of oppies are almost certain to be in the money. I would also expect that there will be a portion of debt finance (banks) available as part of the final funding to production ; that may well be dependent on this current capital raising and the exercise of the options. We will know on Thursday.
