REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Peak Resources Limited request that its securities be placed in an immediate trading
halt on Tuesday, 14 February 2012, pending release of an announcement regarding a
proposed capital raising.
The Company will remain in pre-open until the earlier of commencement of normal
trading on Thursday 16 February 2012 or when the announcement is released to the
market.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted
