    i think they are betting that the big players primarily want reserves. WCL has proven the ground is economic. It is all on MPO to make an appropriate sale now. WCL also proves there are buyers out there.

    Anyway i have been in the market buying today. I don't think the market has appropriately priced the t/o of WCL. Seems to me WCL is likely to attract a rival bidder.
