will wait for the "to who" and "why" but with the wet season in Tanzania meaning no drilling could start before April/May I believe, I cannot understand why a CR had to be done now with JORC on target for end of next month and lets face it, it wont be any JORC announcement. Will be announcing one of the largest REE deposts in the world.
