I know the rep that Patto's has when it comes to placements, but they were only a part player in this placement and besides the short term gains here are pretty obvious even to their clients imo
Shareholders are hanging onto their stock, the upside is very apparent here
Volume is minimal ie $33k

Any small selldown is a gift imo but still hard to get stock in this tightly held Co
