re: Ann: Notice Under Corporations Act 249D -... Things are looking up. Here's my theory:

Shares on issue 97.5m

Capital 19 have 10.5m, so they have the 5% power to call the meeting. Directors together will have about 20m shares to keep them in the job. I would think that they would all vote for each other. Question is, which way will existing holders go? Given the share price slide, I'd say they are looking for a change and get new management in.

Bit of volume coming in, so looks like someone is trying to get set early.

The 249D seems to have worked wonders for MZI. Check out their last 30 days performance.
