I probably pay twice the tax that you do, and am happy to pay my share as the nation needs it to be the civilised nation that we are. Not sure about you, but I don't want to see too many people begging in the streets, because they lost their job because the government chose to do nothing when the GFC hit.
Yes, we all know how brave and wise it is to make decisions in retrospect. Tony's good at that too. Imagine the state we'd be in if we had that goon leading the nation when the GFC hit.
Perhaps you should stop convincing yourself that you're the only worker in the world, and spare a thought for those low income workers who pay their fair share, unlike many high income earners, and simply don't have the money, talent, intelligence or simple confidence to become a high salary earner.
