    Are we ignoring or not considering that management has used the words 'proposed'? Sounds like the CR is up for some discussion or voting. They might be presenting the CI and the T&Cs to shareholders in the next announcement. Bleh all speculation but if I could just find my crystal ball I'll let you guys know
