the NT phosphate sale is a sign that mgmt know they will have their hands full with coal projects going forward. the question is why are they so certain of this?
the only reasons would be if they knew for sure that either the BM JV is a goer or that the Mt M dispute is going to be resolved in their favour.
Mantle Mining's path to becoming Mantle Coal has taken another step forward today IMO.
