Blackdood - the market didn't react to this news because (in the scheme of things) this was a nothing announcement - just tieing off loose ends, cleaning house etc.

The company has stated it's focus is on coal and gold.

So I imagine a significant announcement on either of those topics will garner a reaction. Been about 3 months since the last announcement re: BM results so we're about due. Plus we all know what's coming up in March...
