I think Norgard and Patterson are desperate for us to accept the offer. For sure. Why else would they send that shareholder letter, begging us to accept. They want Wah Nam to get 80% so they can get their cash and option payout. They don't care what happen to BRM or if it gets delisted.
Well, Norgard and Patterson, I say you are both very wealthy men now. If you want the deal to go through why don't you pay a broker to pump the price up to $6 if necessary? It can be done very easily as there is not much sell depth below $6.
