Don't forget the Texas coking/thermal coal prospect; they would have to have a good chance of striking & proving up a viable project there.
Vertigo & hard man ( and others) have nailed probably the most important aspect that will affect shareholders; namely the takeover/merger of Exergen with Mantle.
Exergen, a private company,and as big as they are, I reckon will want access to the equity markets to fund the huge expenditure to develop up to 4 coal projects: Mt.Mulligan,Texas.LV. & BM.
Not that they would all occur at the one time, of course, but looking ahead far enough this IMHO will be our Fortescue.
The gold prospect ? probably prove it up and sell it because it is becoming fairly clear I reckon that yes, we will be a coal company.
So, how do Exergen take us over? backdoor listing(takeover) or a true merger?
Time will tell but you can be sure whatever happens shareholders are in the money and in the case of those who have their heads around the 5c average mark, or even 10c,it is going to be imo a multi, multi bagger.
Actually because of the time factor the oppies will be the cheapest way in because I reckon the merger, whatever will occur long before you have to convert.
So, patience is now the name of the game and I myself will not be parting with any shares until Exergen make that offer.
All conjecture on my part but you never know your luck in the big smoke.
