Might be worth rejigging the numbers to see how they change assuming accelerated debt payback? Given the margins expected, I would hope that they follow a similar route taken by NST when it acquired Paulsens (NST repaid withing 8 months!!!). Depends on management strategy of course - they might want to hold on to the cash for acquisitions.
As for KGL, I have quite a few of those as well...in terms of the risk/reward spectrum, the two companies are obviously at very different ends. CRC imo is now a low risk company, while KGL is extreme risk. Hence why CRC is probably a 3-4 bagger whilst KGL is pretty much bluesky (both ways). Will be going to KGL preso in Melbourne tomorrow so hopefully get a decent update.
