It might be difficult for Mgmnt to announce to the market their plans if there is in fact a JV negotiation going on. I suspect this negotiatian would take priority over finalising plans - given you wouldnt entirely know what your plans are if all of a sudden you are going to be in a JV. Whether it be for Surprise, or Mt Kitty or Madigan or something else. Also interestitgn to read this mornring an Indian Company in negotiations to develop a "poor coal resource" in Queensland..

Based on these two announcments today alone, one might suspect something is up in the sector and only time will tell whether JH can get CTP involved.
