I find the above statement amazing. That would mean that MT is a world class conman for scamming Kronos out of $12mil, quite amazing considering the due diligence that they no doubt performed.
I seem to recall that BHP threw billions at HBI too and ended up walking away, but all that means is that big companies can make stuffups too.

Is that so you can buy, buy, buy...... while you can?
