Hi guys, can you help with info There is a property listed on realestate.com at 11 Lambert Street Richmond, Vic. at a suggested price of 900-950, I really like the look of it but don't really know values for area. I live in WA, but will soon move to Vic. for 5 years on contract and I don't want to rent. Richmond is where new job is, and I like to walk to work. Is there anybody out there who knows this area and it's pricing. Thanks in advance. Dave
