Just to add to GPs explaination:
Is Weiss buying on behalf of LG with the prospect of giving all their shares for a stake in LG - big question mark ???
Like I said, I like Maddocs theory as it provides a way for LG to pick up more shares as they themselves cannot buy them (no cash - looking at a loss for the quarter).
So Weiss could be a Trojan Horse or questionably, be our White Knight.
