Yes I tend to agree with you and had eluded (with disclaimer) that maybe BNY may have been one of the early mover's a couple of days ago. They would surely be privy to the exact dates and details regarding the N listing. I think some parties may have an unfair advantage in regard to the timing for the listing but I guess again we will see the early signs when volume takes off again, which will be all too late for some again.
