Given that Aus Post have said 30 super stores by June and given TZL supplied the lockers for the trial why wouldn't Aus Post have announced them as the supplier (given that T's & C's of contract supply would have been handled by now)...another supplier has possibly come into the mix and possibly pulled the rug from under us....KEBA?
