I ....
not that I think where it is listed will make any difference to the outcome.
For those waiting for a takeover at a premium to the current price? take a look at the chart of ACS, they are being taken over at .33 yet the price has been well above that for much of the past 12 months, in fact the charts are eerily similar.
Could be the most telling reason for the price being held down.
I had a chat with a broker who didn't know of Coalspur however after checking it out for me he called back with these comments.
Highland Park aren't shareholder friendly, their reputation is pretty poor ..... can't say more than that here.
90% chance Coalspur won't be the one going ahead with this project, with the amount of cash that needs to be raised they can't go to the shareholders because CPL is tightly held by insiders (Highland Park and friends) with large numbers of shares so they won't have enough money to stump up.
This is compounded by the number of shares on issue and growing daily by options being exercised.
Sharecount has blown out to over 600 million shares and growing.
Looking at the notices over the past two years they are littered with options being exercised, placements to directors and insiders, changes to Directors interests etc etc etc.
Yet nothing to the loyal longstanding holders.
Reasons for the insiders exercising their options early, could it mean another round of cheap options coming their way, or a takeover ???
I'm not selling but also not getting too excited about achieving $2.00+ any more.
