who is voting yes for mr warner lamb ?

I would think that ALL shareholder in GPP would want higher GPP share prices (unless there another deal for ATR or ??? on the cards ... then they'd want GPP share prices supressed)

If ATR got the shares in GPP for a song and GPP shareholder were not given the same opportunity (such as a maximum of $15,000 worth per shareholder), then it makes good sense for GPP to in-specie distribute the ATR shares that GPP owns to the GPP shareholders.

I reckon that Mr Warner Lamb has some great MERITS in his proposal.

My guess however is that the substantial GPP shareholders & their allies will outvote Mr Lamb & his associates.
