one thing that needs to be considered, though, is that these guys are possibly an early indication of the Plan B subordinate financing coming into play.

seeings how we don't really know what plan B was, i'm not gonna worry too much just yet, but if i were to speculate, i would guess that it could mean a "material cap raise". if this is the case, well there's good and bad. the good is that we can expect a bit of a pump. the bad is we can also expect huge dilution.
