Steve Noske answers why an additional 3 months was added to the farmout timeline in the AGM presentation announced on 22 November.

I quote:

"we plan to update the market on the status of the farmout and the proposals under consideration in December of 2011".

and then

"the AGM presentation rightfully showed the process running into the first quarter of 2012 and this is required to undertake all the necessary regulatory approvals, commercial and also legal documentation and to have those in place to finalise the farmout."

and then

"In conclusion there has been no delay in the process and everything remains on track."

Seeing that he says there is no delay in the original timeline (farmout to be announced in December) I cannot understand the mentaility of some in here who continue to say farmout was always for end of March.
