Hang on a minute Jim, don't get cross. I will not give up and I am not morphing into stupidity. I will explain why you shouldn't- get cross (and in doing so why you wont).
Each and every one of us who come in here (despite what they may say) has a political leaning: right or left: Liberal or Labor.
Now you and your ilk (the ilk being your fellow Liberal friends) are so on about Gillard telling a few small blowflies and do so as a matter of principle. The principle being that one should tell the truth. Principles should have nothing whatsoever with political allegiances. That is you either condemn everyone if they lie or you let (forgive the pun) let things lie.
Now you and your ilk have been on about Gillard, bleating moaning groaning weeping etc etc and etc about lying for oh so long that it, to put it ever so bluntly, is beginning to become a pain in the neck. We all know that politicians tell porkies from time to time and after a decade of putting up with Little John we should also be used to it, very used to it what with his core and non-core promises.
Now in response to the latest diatribe about Gillard I posted links to information which demonstrated that Mr' Abbott is an unmitigated liar. What is more he has demonstrated (in those links) that the sees absolutely nothing wrong with his attitude to truthfulness. Even though it was spouted out to him that his attitude to truth is a very important matter he went on to defend his approach to truthfulness - you know all the " heat of the moment, putting things on paper" stuff. He just doesn't see it. We can expect nothing different from him in the future. In fact we could well expect that his propensity to lie will increase as time goes by as he hones his lying skills and implements the instructions of his hero and mentor Little John - Little core and non-core Johnny.
So what have we ( and I am being inclusive here) learnt from the video exercise? Probably, highly probably, not much at all. And you know why, don't you matey. It is because you are blinkered. You lack peripheral vision. Simply put, you cannot see the jungle for trees. what a pity, as you could you know, if you wanted too - see the truth.
