Important to remember that at 20cents, all options would be in the money and performance shares would be issued to the directors. Based on the latest Hartleys report, this would result in a fully diluted market cap of 3465.1million shares. So at 20cents, PEN's market cap would be nearly $700million. That's significantly more than Uranerz's $460m pre-Fukushima highs.

After Shadders has provided us with his calculations and assumptions, maybe Svengali (or HS as I recall him agreeing with those numbers) can show us how he/she arrived at 30 to 50cents in 12months.
