It must be enough to get the ore on the boat, they obviously don't need all the money to get started, they don't seem overly worried about it and we shouldn't be either. They are being very smart in the way they are doing this, only raising what money they need as they go, and only issuing a minimum number of shares so that shareholder's get better value and a better return per share when the profits start coming in.
