Have a look at what has happened -
This was a tiny placement for $4M with 75% free issued options. Roth hasn't done PEK any favours with how this was structured.
Tiny by comparison to capex funding, but doing a larger cap raising will decimate PEK if Roth are in charge of $250M for Capex in the future in a similar fashion.
Free issued options? Does nothing for shareholder value and dilutes future earnings.
If Roth stays as lead manager and this is their style, they'll ruin PEK. But is early days, and a lot remains to be done.
