Apparently RIO has all the infrastructure in place already. They only have to build a line to their existing facilities. Huge economies of scale. More control over the iron ore market and ability to set prices. Big profit margins which will probably be passed on to Gina in some way. Probably a great business decision on her part. Wish I had had the foresight to see it coming. Damn. Pity Gina sold out to a British company in the end.
