I don't get how you got to $4 for this stock based on another completely different stock...
Here are a few of the key differences:
Shares Issued ABU: ~2.8 billion
Shares Issued RRL: 420 million
JORC Resource ABU: 2Moz (aiming for 3-3.5Moz)
Jorc Resource RRL: 6.5 Moz (Aiming for 8Moz)
Doing some fundamental analysis, assuming same price of producing for both companies (very unlikely, depends on grades, depths etc).
2Moz * $700/tonne profit /2.8 billion = 50c
6.5Moz * 700/tonne profit / 420 million = $10.8
thats based on a total reserve worth, not a stock worth. so it takes into account no risk or opportunity, no setbacks, or future market considerations, thus far higher than you can aim.
a takeover for 20c for ABU would be nice.
