Brantley, good work. Again.
If you research your sources information a little closer a few interesting things start to emerge. Dave Miller a pivotal member of Pathfinder resources a predeccessor of none other than COGEMA was also a driving force in COGEMA for many years (20).
Miller then left COGEMA for none other than our Canadian neigbours at Corachapi, STRATMORE RESOURCES !
http://www.wma-minelife.com/uranium/articles/art146.htm
Miller states that he is keen to use his 'interests' in COGEMA to develop any finds in PERU. So yes COGEMA is keen to develop new U-mines in PERU and our neighbours in Muscani and in particular CORACHAPI that also discover a high-value Uranium source could only assist RRS as the more Uranium in the immediate area the more critical-mass there will be to establish an efficient operation through JV's.
At current Uranium prices that are set to rise reagrdless of what oil does because the demand for Uranium is increasing rapidly, huge number of reactors being built . . . USEC running out of HEU . . . the high-grade deposits in PERU, are worth a lot now and will be worth more in the future.
There are news articles of COGEMA wanting to buy WMC a few years ago! So yes they are big-business.
Everything is just falling into place with RRS, people are reluctant to jump onboard until details emerge, but once everything is spelt out . . . RRS will be trading at multiples of where it is now.
COGEMA is one option, there are many others . . . what is important is that RRS has a substantial high-quality resources. When l quizzed Arthur about JV possibility back in May, he said that it was inevitable, he couldn't comment further, but the certainty further validated RRS's deposits.
I'm starting to get some nice details about the 'new' tenements, and 'application' site zones, and comparable mineralisation . . . .
Enough RRS for me for today.
