Yeah these guys have run there race for me. Broken promises, missed dates, information leaks, high running costs and still not a producer. I believe the leases are a good resource but after many years of holding I cant justify holding any longer Best of luck to all the long termers who hold on but these have been the most disappointing stock in my portfolio and one of which I held in the highest regard all those years ago.
