Is this a serious top?

On an EWT basis you'd say there was another leg up plus it looks like the 2003 bull.

Put/call did see 2 slight dips under 0.75 to 0.7 and the up move is longish but not rreally confirming a bull market yet.

McClellan says down from now to June 4. I like May 26ish myself.

Veteran COT trader Briese says major top here and new lows below 2009 coming. He has an excellent record.

Yes, SPX made a slight new high last night but DJIA etc didn't so Feb 9 is still the rally high from 2009 and still allows an equal duration move down into 5/07/13 :-).
