Pretty much every company on the asx is vulnerable to a takeover. From what I've seen, the only ones that are ever "looking to be taken out" are those which are in trouble. The other category are those which have already received a lowball offer and actively seek out higher offers. Obviously we're not in the 2nd camp and I see no reason to think we're in the first. IMO.
