Re Interfab - I've not come across them before, but from what one can tell from their Web site they look like a small to medium sized metalwork jobbing shop (affectionately known as metal-bashers), of which there are many around Sydney.
I have no reason to doubt that they are up to the job of producing a presentable locker bank.
I've dealt with other (assumed to be similar) jobbing shops, and they struggle on price to locally manufacture other than niche or high value-add products in smallish volumes.
One I dealt with in the past had set up a manufacturing plant in China for metal-bashing in higher volmes - things like plasma TV mounting brackets, roadside advertising sign boxes, parking meters, equipment racks etc.
Finished product could be imported at a lower landed cost than the local cost of the raw steel!
The down side of offshore production is extended supply lead time - ie loss of agility.
