Do you realise as of 9th February 2012 the chart formed Bullish Harami,which is a bullish pattern and is holding it very well as of today even after the doji star appeared on 14th Feb. Unless this is breached the bullish outlook is still valid and 0.017 is out of the question.

Also RSI(14) = 49.81 ,MFI(14) = 25 furthur indicating its been oversold .
