some interesting points leapzig and IMO food for thought. like Victorious am only in till i can recoup part of the investment. Victorious does raise real issues and puts it out there for discussion and it is working given the rresponse he/she is getting. Leapzig has made a decision on what is transpiring and acted accordingly and IMO tend to lean that way as well. there shouldnt be any legal implications - just need to look at the track record of what has occurred to date as to timing and announcements etc. we all no doubt wish the stock to increase in value and Vic has stated that. However when he/she raises issues with timing etc there is no shortage of comments. well IMO his/her comments shouldnt be taken too lightly and is balancing the views of others. IMO this may have been better handled from the beginning.
